Natalie Dini – a results driven hospitality human resource professional for more than 30 years. Natalie’s track record, drive and passion throughout has won her a reputation for fostering teamwork, building consensus and creating harmonious work environments that breed inclusion, development and empowerment – at all levels.

 

A graduate of St John’s University and business major, Natalie’s entry to hospitality and decade long career began with Host Marriott – a brand of Marriott Corporation, in 1987. Starting as an assistant human resources manager, Natalie adopted quickly and honed her skills in the areas of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Performance Management, Policy Development and Benefits Administration. Her strong communication skills and high work ethics became evident which forged partnerships that engendered confidence and trust across all levels of employment and led to her promotion to Human Resources Manager within that same year.

 

Just shy of a decade later, Natalie accepted the role of Director of Human Resources at the Milford Plaza Hotel – now known as The Hotel ROW and led the human resources discipline and work culture for another 10 plus years. In 2007 Natalie’s combined knowledge of human resources and hospitality rendered a smooth transition Director of Human Resources at the prestigious New York Athletic Club. Where safety and security were priorities above all.

 

In 2017, the Shoreham Hotel recruited Natalie to be Director of Human Resources and in March of 2020, Natalie assumed a regional role to oversee the Shoreham Hotel and Gallivant Times Square due to of a change in ownership.

 

Over the years, Natalie has acquired significant experience in working with organized labor, handling general business dealings and negotiating terms. She has also worked diligently on recruiting the “best in class talent” of management and staff candidates for our employers.

 

Natalie conveys that same passion for her friends and family as she does her work. They are the driving force that allows her to always strive to be the best at whatever she does.
